Grapes: Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner and Pinot Blanc

After years gaining experience in wineries and vineyards around the world, Daniel Vogelwaid and Michael Donabaum decided to try their hand at being independent and put up posters all over the Wachau saying "Looking for vineyards, including hard-to-reach plots and fallow land." They have grown from that initial start in 2019 into 3 hectares of vineyards on terraced hillsides in Austria. Their steep and narrow vineyards are all hand worked and organically farmed with biodynamic agriculture being their aim. 

This low alcohol, unfiltered wine is light and fresh with notes of green apple, fennel, lime pith and wonderfully balanced acidity.
