We'll admit we have a total crush on this incredible gin (and its stunning bottle), made in the remote Outer Hebrides in North West Scotland.
Infused with Sugar Kelp seaweed, gathered sustainably by hand from local sea-lochs, the liquid brings together complex maritime notes with citrus, pepper and spice from more classic gin botanicals such as Juniper, Coriander Seed and Cassia Bark. Spectacular as a martini, or in a G&T with a wedge of pink grapefruit... Oh, and when you've finished it, the bottle makes the world's prettiest flower vase.
