A Summer favorite! Grown in limestone and sand soil, rich in minerals, this Trebbiano has a pefect balance of fruit, acidity and body.
Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, the wine undergoes 4 months of skin contact maceration and then aged for 8 months on the lees. The result, is a beautifully fresh, mineral, wine with perfectly preserved fruit notes of lemon peel, pear and herbs with a medium rich body. Perfect by itself or with seafood.
