Grapes: 100% Moscatel Galego Branco
The grapes undergo 4 months of maceration with natural yeast fermentation, with the resulting wine showing a beautiful color and tannins. Two further months on the lees leads to a wine showing bright floral notes of chamomile, jasmine and wildflowers and a dense grapefruit core. Delicious.
