Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Vines of about fifty years located above the Grand Cru Clos de Tart on floor plots on three levels with an area of 1.80 hectares. It is a solar and mineral Morey-Saint-Denis that equals a Premier Cru, vinified with 50 to 70% of whole harvests. A cuvée of 7,500 bottles that is currently at its peak with a perfect balance between the age of the vines and the yield.

As one would expect given its elevated position on the slope, the equally elegant but even cooler and airier nose features notes of ultra-floral dark berries and a hint of exotic tea. The super-sleek, even silky, flavors possess excellent underlying tension while exuding evident minerality on the chiseled finish of crystalline purity. Lovely juice that is almost delicate yet packs very good flavor authority.
