'Weihwasser' translates to 'Holy Water' and this, Ulli Stein's entry level Riesling lives up to its name. Mineral-driven up front, this is a (barely) off-dry wine bursting with acidity to balance. There are gorgeous notes of pear, lime and honey on both the nose and palate.
