Translates as "the snake" - elegant, typical of the Saar region, playful fruit, perfectly integrated acid structure, 9% alcohol, light as a feather and yet gripping and rousing. First sip! ...then the bottle is already empty.
The small, golden yellow and perfectly healthy Riesling berries for this cabinet have ripened on old vines on deep Devonian slate soils on the steep slopes of the Saar Valley. Can be drunk young, but still has aging potential of up to 20 years.
