Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
The Pouilly-Vinzelles appellation contrôlée is tiny in comparison to its famous neighbor Pouilly-Fuissé and this wine is a blend of the domaine's younger vines (23 to 48 years old) in the "Les Quarts" vineyard. The 2017 vintage opens up in the glass with notes of pear, green apple, citrus and a touch of mint. Medium to full bodied, it's beautifully balanced with rich body being perfectly offset with a lively acidity.
