Grapes: 50% Clairette, 25% Roussanne and 25% Grenache Blanc.
Bursting with stone-fruited texture, it's a succulent, mouth-filling Rhône blanc, with white flowers, citrus, pear and apple blossom flavours balanced by some lip-smacking salty minerality and vibrant freshness. It's pure, impeccably fresh and delicious. It works perfectly as an aperitif, or try pairing this with pan-fried flathead tails or whiting, or if the going is good, langoustine.
