A joint venture between the Brunier (of Cheateauneuf fame) and the Lynch (of Kermitt Lynch fame) families, this is a shining star of Gigondas that's drinking well now and will age spectacularly well.
Made from vineyards situated on stepped, terraced land located around the winery and cellars (at 250 meters in altitude), the wine ages in cuves for 10 months, then in foudres for 7-9 months. Bottled unfiltered it's released two years after the harvest, the finished cuvée showcases the vineyard parcels around the domaine with the oldest vines—with the emphasis on freshness and extravagant fruit.
