Grapes: 100% Malvasia
Hand-harvested the 3rd week of September. Spontaneous fermentation and macerated in amphora for 6 months. No fining, no filtering. The wine presents lots of grapefruit, apricot and white stone fruit, a touch of citrus peel and a long lasting slightly musty finish. Delicious!
