Grower Champagne doesn't get much better than this! Pierre Gerbais' beautiful Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Meunier, vinified with native yeast and aged at least 3 years. The wine is a beautiful gold color and dominant notes on the nose of white stone fruits with a touch of cream. On the palate it shows a delicious richness of fresh fruits balanced with perfect acidity and a keen minerality.
