Les Maillerettes is a single vineyard champagne made from old vine pinot noir planted in 1970 and offers a picture-book flavor of Bouzy pinot noir. The calcareous soils are reflected in the wine’s sleek structure and saline complexity. Les Maillerettes has spent 5 years on lees before disgorgement.
