STORE PICKUP

You can order online for pickup at our Provincetown store free of charge. Orders placed at least 30 minutes before our closing time will generally be available for pick-up that same day before we close. After this cutoff, the order will be available for pick up on our next open business day. If you have any questions please call us.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We deliver to the following ZIP codes: 02657 / 02652 / 02666 / 02667

For orders over $100 delivery is free of charge & for orders under $100 a $20 fee will automatically be added at checkout. We try our best to deliver orders placed at least 75 minutes before our store closing time on the same day. After this cutoff, the order will be scheduled for delivery on our next open business day. For all orders we will contact you to confirm a delivery slot. Please note, we must have a cell phone number for the person who will receive the delivery. If you are placing an order on a day we are closed, the delivery will be scheduled for the next open business day.

We reserve the right to cancel any delivery orders due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case you order will be fully refunded to your form of payment, and we will communicate directly with you.

SHIPPING

We are able to ship any of our 750ml wine products to any address in Massachusetts. Due to local law, we regret we are unable to ship outside of the state, nor to ship liquors. Shipping is provided by a third party carrier, and Perry’s makes no warranties or guarantees in regards to the transportation or delivery by the third party carrier.

For our wine club, shipping is charged at a flat rate, which is added automatically to your club subscription charge.

Due to seasonal temperatures, you may request shipment at any time and we are happy to hold your products in our cellar until a suitable shipping window appears. Please note, Perry's cannot be held responsible for any damage to the wine caused by extreme temperatures during transit.

AGE

For any order containing alcohol, you are confirming that the person who accepts the delivery, or who picks up in-store, is at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This person must be able to show a valid government-issued ID to prove their age to our driver, or to our staff in-store. If they are unable to do so we reserve the right to refuse service and cancel the purchase where a refund fee of 6% will be applied to cover credit card fees.
