Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If due to changes of circumstances you need to cancel an order that has already been paid for, but that has not been picked up, delivered or shipped (i.e. the products ordered have remained in the control of the Perry's team at all times), at our discretion, we may offer a refund with a 6% restocking fee to cover credit card charges.
