By completing your purchase you are agreeing to the following:

AGE

For any order containing alcohol, you are confirming that the person who accepts the delivery, or who picks up in-store, is at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This person must be able to show a valid government-issued ID to prove their age to our driver, or to our staff in-store. If they are unable to do so we reserve the right to refuse service and cancel the purchase where a refund fee of 6% will be applied to cover credit card fees (see order cancellation policy below).

STORE PICKUP

You can order online for pickup at our Provincetown store free of charge. Orders placed at least 30 minutes before our closing time will generally be available for pick-up that same day before we close. After this cutoff, the order will be available for pick up on our next open business day. If you have any questions please call us. For Wine Club, we will advise when your bottles are ready for pick up.

LOCAL DELIVERY TO PROVINCETOWN, TRURO & WELLFLEET

We are delighted to offer local delivery of any product in our selection, as far as Wellfleet. For orders over $100 delivery is free of charge & for orders under $100 a $20 fee will automatically be added at checkout. We try our best to deliver orders placed at least 75 minutes before our store closing time on the same day. After this cutoff, the order will be scheduled for delivery on our next open business day. For all orders we will contact you to confirm a delivery slot. Please note, we must have a cell phone number for the person who will receive the delivery. For Wine Club, delivery is free. We will advise you when your bottles are due to be delivered.

We reserve the right to cancel any delivery orders due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case you order will be fully refunded to your form of payment, and we will communicate directly with you.

WINE SHIPPING IN MA

We are able to ship any of our 750ml wine products to any address in Massachusetts. Due to local law, we regret we are unable to ship outside of the state, nor to ship liquors. Shipping is provided by a third party carrier, and Perry’s makes no warranties or guarantees in regards to the transportation or delivery by the third party carrier. For Wine Club, you pay a flat $29 shipping fee for each release. We will advise you when your bottles have shipped. 

Due to seasonal temperatures, you may request shipment at any time and we are happy to hold your products in our cellar until a suitable shipping window appears. Please note, Perry's cannot be held responsible for any damage to the wine caused by extreme temperatures during transit.

RETURNS

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will provide a like-for-like replacement.

  • To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
  • For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
  • If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
  • Any returns are at the customer’s expense.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If due to changes of circumstances you need to cancel an order that has already been paid for, but that has not been picked up or delivered (i.e. the products ordered have remained in the control of the Perry's team at all times), at our discretion, we may offer a refund with a 6% restocking fee to cover credit card charges.
