Produced from grapes harvested from a range of Illahe's vineyards, 25% whole cluster fermentation and 10 months of barrel ageing, this Pinot is a slightly fuller bodied Willamette with a beautiful peppery, slightly chalky finish. Beautiful as 'by itself' sipper, or with poultry dishes.
