A family-owned house making spectacular wines for 4 generations. Made from equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this Extra Brut style sees a dosage of 3.3g/l. Produced from organically farmed vineyards in the Grand Cru of Verzy, a village on the northern edge of the Montagne de Reims in Champagne, this Champagne opens up with notes of white stone fruits, fresh bread, almonds and florals. The palate shows a full, complex body with a fine mineral acidity and long finish. Fabulous.
