Fausto and Cinzia Cellario are 3rd generation winemakers in the village of Carru` on the western outskirts of the Langhe. The family only believes in working with local, indigenous Piemontese grape varieties and fiercely defends local winemaking traditions both in the vineyard work and the cellar practices.

E’ ROSSO is the style of wine his grandfather made: simple and fragrant with hints of blackberry and pink fruit on one side and a note of leather a little animal (given the refinement in cement) on the other. Good wine for drinking every day, and a perfect match to all grilled meat.
