On the nose, intense aromas of strawberry, cherry and raspberry intermingle with subtle sweet spice and minerality. The palate is fresh and lively with flavors of berries, white peach and melon, and a saline-tinged, mineral finish. Enjoy with vegetables (raw or roasted) served with aioli, an assorted charcuterie board or a plate of chilled seafood fresh from the ocean.
