An amazing drop from this Boutique Washington winery run by talented Jason Gorski. Savory notes on the nose of macadamia notes and wild mushroom mix with aromatics of melon and white stone fruit. On the nose there is really nice non-fruit aromas with wild mushroom and suggestions of macadamia nut that connect with the melon tones. On the palette toasty brioche notes give body with a beautiful minerality and balanced acidity.
This is a fabulous example of a grape that is either unknown or overlooked, and which can be the perfect partner to food of all types...
