Grapes: 95% Chardonnay, 5% Gros Manseng
Another Chardonnay! Yes, but this one is different, a mixture of classic Languedoc, but also oceanic terroirs, showing a unique maritime touch to this well known grape varietal. The sunny, full bodied Chardonnay of the South becomes tauter, livelier, with the addition of a drop of Gros Manseng, and the taste buds just want more.
