At Maison Bodet-Hérolt, precision and patience define everything. The Aerlinn Rosé (its name meaning “sea song” in Breton) is their most ethereal cuvée — dry, shimmering, and full of life.

The fruit is sourced from organically farmed vineyards near Saumur, fermented with native yeasts, and aged for over two years on lees before disgorgement — with no dosage added. This Brut Nature style brings the wine’s fine acidity and chalky minerality to the forefront, wrapped in a veil of red fruit and gentle florals.

Aromas of wild strawberry, blood orange, and crushed rose lead into a palate that’s taut, elegant, and whisper-dry. Notes of pink grapefruit and sea salt carry through a persistent, mineral finish. Fresh, refined, and quietly thrilling — Aerlinn is Loire rosé in its purest, most graceful form.
