A new favorite of the Perry's cellar, and one of our ultimate food wines, this is heaven with cheese, lighter meats and friends. Made from 100% Palomino Fino grapes, fermented with wild yeast and macerated on the skins for over 4 months before being aged for a year in 500 liter ex-Sherry cask, this extraordinary wine marries notes of a crisp white, savory notes of an orange wine and the nuttiness of sherry.
