Grapes: 60% Nero d'Avola 40% Frappato
Spontaneous fermentation on the skins in concrete tanks for 10-15 days with indigenous yeast in amphorae. Aged for six months in amphorae followed by 2-3 months in concrete tanks. Finally three months in the bottle before release.
