The less well-known white grape of Burgundy!
Fermented with natural yeasts in open vats and then aged for 8 to 10 months in stainless steel tanks without any fining or filtration. This Aligoté is packed full of notes of pear, melon, and mandarin, enhanced by a subtle saline minerality that brings freshness and depth. A deliciously long finish, has a decent touch of minerality and a chalkiness. Emphasizing the purity of the fruit and traditional winemaking practices, this Aligoté exemplifies the quality and character of Burgundy's Côte de Beaune region.

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will attempt to provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
