“Labadens” means “companion, classmate”. Fanny Breuil and Thomas Oui are friends who met in Toulouse at Agronomy school, and one day decided to make wine together.
This Clairette-Grenache blanc-Viognier blend shows an aromatic nose with hints of white flowers, honeysuckle, creamy churned butter; smooth and soft in the mouth; pleasant, nutty finish. Amazing with a cheese board or meatier fish like halibut.
