Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Gris
Casa Silva’s Sauvignon Gris offers a richer, more textured alternative to Sauvignon Blanc. Sauvignon gris is a pink colored mutation of Sauvignon Blanc traditionally used for blending. This is a family run operation started by the founder Don Emilio Bouchon Poitvin in 1887 who made his way to Chile from the Saint-Emilion region of Bordeaux.
Ripe pear, stone fruit, and citrus peel are layered with subtle herbal notes and a soft, rounded mouthfeel. The wine balances weight and freshness, delivering both flavor and finesse. Thoughtful winemaking highlights the grape’s expressive character while maintaining clarity and lift.
