Founded in 1522, Philipponnat stands among Champagne’s most historic houses — renowned for wines of depth, precision, and unforced elegance. The Réserve Royale Non-Dosé is their purest expression: a cuvée stripped of dosage, where terroir and craftsmanship take center stage. It is Champagne in its most transparent form — honest, linear, and beautifully alive.
Composed primarily of Pinot Noir with supporting Chardonnay and Meunier, the wine is vinified partly in oak and aged for several years on lees before disgorgement. With no added sugar, balance comes purely from the fruit and the finesse of extended maturation.
On the nose, it reveals crisp citrus, white peach, and almond, layered with chalk and pastry notes. The palate is taut and mineral, unfolding with lemon curd, green apple, and brioche before finishing long, saline, and whisper-dry. Elegant, energetic, and exacting — a Champagne that rewards attention and defines restraint.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
