The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon displays clean, dark-fruited flavors, herbal accents and gravelly undertones, with a medium-bodied yet elegant palate. The finish is beautifully balanced, showing the poise that Bordeaux varieties can achieve in Happy Canyon when approached with a deft wine making.
