Adrien Renoir works exclusively with fruit from his 5 acre estate, and now vinifies all his wines in barrel, maturing his reserve wines in oak foudres. Known now as one of the brightest upcoming stars of the Champagne world, his Blanc de Blancs comes from the renowed area of Verzy.
Aged on the lees for over 2 years, this is a big wine with lots of ripe citrus and apple notes, delicious bready/almond notes and a defined acidic backbone. Spectacular.Ā
