From the hills of Piedmont, better known for Barolo and Barbaresco, comes something unexpected and full of charm: a naturally sparkling rosĂ© from the Demarie family. Third-generation winemakers in Vezza dâAlba, the Demaries have been championing traditional grapes with a modern, eco-friendly sensibility.
This Pet Nat (short for pĂ©tillant naturel) is made in the oldest style of sparkling wine â bottled while still fermenting, with no added sugars or dosage. The result is a lightly cloudy, softly fizzy pink wine that feels both rustic and refreshingly alive.
On the nose, youâll find wild strawberries, rose petals, and a touch of rhubarb. The palate is juicy and vibrant, with tart cherry, cranberry, and a whisper of citrus zest. A gentle prickle of bubbles keeps everything lifted and playful, finishing dry and mouthwatering.
This is aperitif wine at its best: crushable, versatile, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser at picnics, brunches, or casual evenings on the deck. Pair it with charcuterie, fried chicken, or sushi â or just let it shine on its own.

- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
