The 2023 Chablis from Domaine Moreau-Naudet captures what makes this domaine so admired — a seamless balance of energy, texture, and quiet depth. It’s a wine that speaks softly but with total clarity: pure fruit, chalky minerality, and effortless composure.
Fermented with native yeasts and aged mostly in stainless steel, with a small portion in neutral oak for roundness, it shows both freshness and dimension. Aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and crushed shell lead into a palate that’s bright and linear — citrus, pear, and white peach carried by saline minerality and fine acidity. The finish is clean, tactile, and persistent, leaving a trace of sea breeze and chalk.
