E. & E. Vocoret’s Chablis 1er Cru Forêts 2023 captures everything we love about the appellation’s more serious side — chalky tension, citrus-driven precision, and quiet depth. It’s a wine that feels both vibrant and grounded, shaped by careful farming and a deep understanding of its terroir.
Fermented and aged in stainless steel with a touch of neutral oak, the wine stays true to the domaine’s hallmark style: linear, pure, and textural. Aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and crushed oyster shell give way to a palate that’s focused and refined — layers of citrus, pear, and white stone framed by saline minerality and brisk acidity. The finish is long and taut, leaving a clean trace of chalk and sea breeze.

- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
