Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
When the Stolpman wine making team first tasted this unfiltered iteration of Sauvignon Blanc in 2008 straight from the tank they were blown away by its complexity. A creaminess and tropical flavors that is held by the lees. They didn't think the average Sauvignon Blanc drinker would be interested as they expect a crystal clear, citrus led expression in their glass. The team released small batches in 2022 and were met with a huge following they have continued to expand production of this unfiltered example of Sauvignon Blanc grown on limestone soils in California similar to the soil types and terroir of their benchmark French styles.
The day they decided to move forward with bottling this unfiltered iteration there were three great white sharks off their coast near their winery and in 2008 when they first fell in love with this style, one of their wine makers survived a great white shark attack. The shark label was born.
Rich and creamy, zingy and refreshing. The 2024 screams fresh, crushed pineapple submerged in creamy coconut with a balancing kick of Sauvignon Blanc crispness- brimming with excitement and exploration.

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will attempt to provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
