Grapes: Pinot Gris
“Wild + Free” is Wenzel’s spirited expression of freedom in winemaking — a natural, textured white that hums with energy and intention. It’s less about rules and more about rhythm: the pulse of healthy vines, native yeast, and a hands-off approach that lets the vineyard lead.
Fermented on the skins for a few days before resting on fine lees, the wine has a subtle amber hue and a delicate grip. Aromas of pear, apricot, and citrus peel lift from the glass alongside notes of chamomile, almond, and wild herbs. The palate is bright and tactile — stone fruit and spice balanced by vibrant acidity and a savory, mineral finish.

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will attempt to provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
