Grapes: 100% Pinot Meunier
Benoît Déhu’s family has 10 hectares of vines in the Marne Valley, but in 2011, Benoît decided to produce Champagne and still wine from a single parcel of Meunier. The biodynamic plots have now expanded to include Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The wines are vinified with natural yeast and aged in barrels made from trees owned by Déhu in Meilleray. The wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered with extra brut or brut nature
Aged in wood for 10 months, this is one bottle from a single barrel made of 329 bottles. Made from the 2018 harvest, disgorged November 2023.

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will attempt to provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
