From the Vallée de la Marne, Christophe Mignon works with a biodynamic, low-intervention philosophy, crafting Champagnes that emphasize texture, purity, and a clear sense of place. His rosé wines, in particular, highlight a more nuanced and expressive side of Meunier.
“ADN de Meunier” Rosé Saignée is made using the saignée method, with short skin contact to extract both color and structure directly from the grapes. Fermented and aged with a light touch, the wine retains freshness while building depth and integration.
Textural and expressive, it shows notes of wild strawberry, red cherry, and blood orange, with subtle floral and spice undertones. The palate is supple yet focused, with a fine mousse and a gently savory, mineral finish. A natural pairing for charcuterie, salmon, or lightly spiced dishes.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
