From Mexico City, Condesa Gin draws inspiration from the urban parks and wild greenery of the Condesa neighborhood. The project blends traditional distillation with a distinctly local perspective, highlighting native botanicals and a softer, more aromatic style of gin.
Distilled in small batches, the base spirit is infused with a mix of classic and regional botanicals, including palo santo and fresh herbs, alongside citrus elements for lift. The process favors balance over intensity, resulting in a spirit that feels composed and integrated rather than sharply juniper-driven.
Aromatic and gently layered, it opens with soft citrus, green herbs, and floral notes, followed by a subtle earthy warmth from the palo santo. The palate is smooth and rounded, with a fresh, slightly savory edge and a clean finish. Ideal in a bright, herbaceous gin and tonic, or paired with citrus-forward cocktails.

- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
