Grapes: Primarily Blaufränkisch with local varieties
Kolfok’s wines are deeply rooted in the traditions of Burgenland while embracing a low-intervention approach in both vineyard and cellar. “Querschnitt” is fermented with native yeasts and bottled with minimal sulfur to preserve freshness, vibrancy, and authenticity.
Juicy dark berries, cracked pepper, herbs, and earthy spice define the aromatic profile, while bright acidity and soft tannins keep the palate lively and approachable. Rustic in the best sense, this is a wine full of energy and personality.
Serve lightly chilled with grilled meats, smoky vegetables, sausages, or pizza night.

We regret that the only products we can accept for return are faulty goods where we will attempt to provide a like-for-like replacement.
- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
