From the granite hills of Gallura in northern Sardinia, Sa Raja focuses on Vermentino shaped by elevation, sun, and the constant influence of the nearby sea. Their wines lean into clarity and freshness, offering a more refined, mineral-driven take on the variety.
āKintariā comes from hillside vineyards where warm days are balanced by cooling coastal breezes. The fruit is handled gently, with fermentation in temperature-controlled vessels and a short period of aging to build texture while preserving aromatic lift.
Bright and aromatic with notes of lemon zest, green apple, and wild herbs. Crisp acidity balances a textured, mineral-driven palate. Hints of sea spray and almond linger on a long, elegant finish.
