Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
The Pierre PĂŠters estate, situated in the heart of the "CĂ´te des Blancs" in the village of Le Mesnil sur Oger, has been a family house for six generations and has produced Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagnes since 1919.
Their flagship Champagne is a blend of more than 20 years of harvests and is exclusively composed of Chardonnay from Grand Cru villages in the CĂ´te des Blancs. This 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay non-vintage Champagne has an inherent complexity on the palate thanks
to the addition of at least 45% reserve wines to the blend. Their perpetual reserve of wines which is inspired by the Solera Method, is enriched with more than 25 different years, with vintages going back to 1988.
