Grapes: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Petite Meslier, 15% Arbane, and 15% Pinot Blanc, direct pressed and fermented in neutral barrels for 19 months.
Like many of the new generation of Champagne growers, Thomas Perseval is producing wines which are reflective of their terroir and harvest, using native yeasts and lower intervention wine making methods. The result are some truly spectacular wines which can give you a true experience of the incredible range of tastes and styles from this amazing part of the world.
