Grapes: Chardonnay & Pinot Noir

Under the direction of brothers Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche at Bérêche et Fils, this historic family domaine has become one of Champagne’s most respected grower estates. Known for their uncompromising vineyard work and meticulous cellar practices, the Bérêche style balances vinous depth with lifted energy.

“UNE” represents their interpretation of a vintage Champagne — structured, expressive, and deeply reflective of the year, blending the finest barrels from Beaux Regards, Le Cran, Avize, Cramant, Ambonnay, Mailly, and Aÿ. The wine was aged for seven years on the lees and an additional two years sur pointe, finally being disgorged in November 2022. 

Layered and quietly powerful. Aromas of baked apple, lemon zest, toasted brioche, and crushed stone unfold gradually. The palate is broad yet finely tuned — orchard fruit and citrus layered over chalky minerality with subtle oak nuance. The mousse is refined, the acidity precise, and the finish long and savory.
