Grapes: Predominantly Pinot Noir with a touch of Chardonnay
Georges Rémy is a rising star among Champagne’s grower-producers, working from Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims. Known for his precise, vinous style and careful élevage in oak, Rémy crafts wines that emphasize structure, texture, and clarity of terroir. “Les Vaudayants” Rosé reflects Bouzy’s depth and Pinot-driven character, expressed with restraint and elegance.
Expressive yet refined. Aromas of wild strawberry, red currant, blood orange, and subtle spice unfold gradually. The palate is structured and dry, with red berry fruit layered over chalky minerality and a savory, saline edge. Fine mousse and precise acidity carry through to a long, focused finish.
