Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Leroux was born in 1975 in Beaune, not to a vigneron family, yet decided in his teens that wine was what he wanted to do. After his enology studies, he worked at Cos d'Estournel in Bordeaux, Domaine Drouhin in Oregon, Louis Jadot in Beaune, and Comte Armand in Pommard, where he was named technical director and manager at the age of 24. In 2007, he founded his own domaine and négoce.
The Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2024 is sourced from one of Burgundy’s most revered hillside vineyards, where limestone-rich soils and ideal exposure produce Chardonnay of remarkable depth and longevity. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in French oak, the wine gains texture and complexity while preserving the freshness and mineral character that define the site.
Powerful yet poised, it reveals layers of lemon curd, white peach, and citrus blossom, framed by subtle hazelnut and flinty mineral notes. The palate is broad and beautifully structured, with vibrant acidity carrying through a long, precise finish. A remarkable Chardonnay that will reward patience, pairing beautifully with lobster, turbot, or simply enjoyed on its own as it evolves in the glass.

- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
