Grapes: 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Gamay Noir

The Pinot Noir and Gamay in this cuvée are from 100% estate grown grapes, expertly grown by vineyard manager, Netanya Welch. Under the careful direction of winemaker John Faulkner, grapes are fermented slowly with gentle extraction, and aged for 9 months in older barrels until bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfites.

The Evening Land Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir draws its strength and character from the iron rich clay ubiquitous throughout their vineyards; while the eastern exposure protects the grapes from the hot afternoon sun, preserving freshness on the palate. We recommend serving this wine gently chilled. It will pair with a wide range of cuisines.
