An intriguing mix of Old World and New World styles, with a commanding presence in the glass, this is definitely a lighter take on Cabernet, with organic grapes sourced from both the Yakima Valley AVA and theĀ Rattlesnake Hills AVA.
Macerated whole cluster for two months before aging in neutral French oaks for 14 months. Tobacco, dark cherry, and mint aromatics lead to a fruit-forward finish with fresh acidity. Open now with a decant or cellar for some time to watch it fully blossom.
