Zorzal is known for transparent, terroir-driven wines, and this Cabernet Franc stands out in that pursuit. The grapes are harvested from different areas of the vineyard to blend the diversity of the terroir in every bottle. They ferment with native yeasts and vinify in concrete and stainless steel so the land shines through with each sip.
Grown in the cool, high-altitude vineyards of Tupungato, this wine shows vibrant red fruit, crushed raspberry, and floral aromatics with hints of graphite and herbs. Fresh rather than green, this is Cabernet Franc with clarity and lift, offering a distinctly Andean take on a classic variety.
