“Reflet d’Antan” is Bérêche’s ode to memory — a Champagne built not on a single harvest, but on the patient layering of time, year on year. It’s crafted through a perpetual solera begun in the 1980s, blending reserve wines across decades and vintages to create texture, depth, and quiet complexity that no single vintage could achieve.
Fermentation occurs in neutral barrels, followed by extended aging in bottle (always a magnum) to give a more focussed wine with finer bubbles, more depth and complexity.
The nose opens with baked apple, honeycomb, and brioche, lifted by tones of citrus zest and white flowers. The palate is at once expansive and precise — orchard fruit, roasted hazelnut, and chalky minerality unfolding in seamless layers. The finish is long, dry, and whisper-smooth, an incredibly balance of freshness and maturity.

- To exchange we require the faulty product to be returned to the store.
- For returns of wines which are corked, please re-seal after tasting and return us the (nearly) full bottle. We cannot exchange if the bottle has been consumed.
- If the same product is not available, we will refund in full to the original form of payment.
- Any returns are at the customer’s expense.
